I've always, ALWAYS been passionate about fandom. Drawing fanart for Pokemon and Powerpuff Girls is what kept me making art when I was little! In fact, watching the Pokemon anime is what made me wanna publish my own stories in the first place. I remember feeling so emotional during Bye-Bye Butterfree and thought, "I hope that one day I can make other people feel as strongly as I do right now." Well, it probably wasn't as coherrent as that, but the sentiment was there.

Fandom is also how I make friends! It's how I relate to other people. If I want to feel closer to a friend, I'll check out some of their favorite media so we can talk about it. If I really care about someone, I'll passionately recommend some of my favorite shows and movies. Fandom and media in general is (partially) how I love.
